The Mantle has evolved with its surrounding city. Built in 1908, it was once a corner store, complete with tin ceiling and floor hatch to access a cellar.  With an eye towards preserving its historical beauty, renovations in 2019 tailored this row house to double as a high-end performance, recording, and event space.  

Enter the front door and encounter a stunning room that measures over 18 feet wide and 24 feet deep.    Gifted by a dear friend, a concert grand piano rests in the corner.  A coffered ceiling adds to the ambience and acoustics. Down a set of stairs is a sound isolated room for vocal and acoustic instrument recordings.  And an inviting hearth anchors the main area below a grand chandelier, giving it all a rustic chic vibe.
